It’s time to sign up for the Angry Chicken races!
Starting June 11, give your summer that extra pop by joining us Tuesday nights at 7pm on the Lowell Riverwalk to run 2.62 miles!
*By popular demand, the series will be EIGHT RACES over ten weeks in 2024*
The Angry Chicken Race Series is a fun, family-oriented race series run on a flat course along the Merrimack River. The short distance and sidewalks make these themed races accessible to all: experienced runners, newbies, kids, walkers. There will be small prizes for the best costumes after each race, and a fun drawing!

- Location: Lowell Riverwalk
- Dates: Tuesdays – 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/9, 7/16/, 7/23, 8/6, 8/13 (no race 7/2 or 7/30)
- Start Time: 7:00 pm; early start at 6:50
- Cost: $10 per race (cash price $12) $70 for the series
