GROUP RUNS
Lately there have been three popular group runs:
Saturday 8AM from the GLRR office, downtown Lowell
Sunday 8AM from Gold's Gym (now forever fitness?), Chelmsford
Tuesday 6:00PM from Hookslide Kelly's, downtown Lowell

Saturdays 8:00AM GLRR Group Run
These runs are on from April 1st until December 31st.
During January and February we do the
Fudgcicle 5K series on
Saturdays
During March we
train for the Boston Marathon on the Boston Course
All of the runs start from the GLRR Office - which is
located at
116 Merrimack St in downtown Lowell
The GLRR office is upstairs in the second floor - follow the hallway as
it twists and turns - you come to the office. We have a fridge,
kitchen and most important - a bathroom
You do not need to be fast to participate in this group run. I
(Glenn) do most of my heavy training during the week. I am
committed to running your pace (provided it's not faster than 7:30s).

- so if I'm there, you will have a partner! No excuses allowed!!

The time for this run changes as the weather
changes - basically we try to avoid the bitter cold and blistering heat.

Sunday Group Runs from Gold's Gym (which now appears
to the Forever Fitness) in Chelmsford

Many of us also run with a group from Gold's Gym in
Chelmsford on Sunday's.
This is not an official club event -
Most of these runs tend to be longer,
faster and feature more hills than the club runs.

- add-ons for 15 to 22 by going farther along the river
in Lowell

Tuesdays 6:00 PM Not Good Times Group Run
This is a continuation of the GoodTimes race series - until the
race resumes again. So we start in late August and continue until
April
Tuesday Night Group Runs from Hookslide Kelly's in
downtown Lowell
