From Rt. 495, take Lowell Connector to Thorndike (Exit 5B)
Go straight to 5th set of lights (Hess Gas Station on left)
Go left (Merrimack Street) the Mambo Grill is at 129 Merrimack St
(across the street from Marx Running and Fitness Center)
Park on Merrimack, Kirk, Lee or John Streets.

Marx Running and Fitness Center (Group Runs)

From Rt. 495, take Lowell Connector to Thorndike (Exit 5B)
Go straight to 5th set of lights (Hess Gas Station on left)
Go left (Merrimack Street) Marx is at 118 Merrimack St
Park on Merrimack, Kirk, Lee or John Streets.

Cawley Stadium (Track Sessions)

From Rt. 495, take Exit 38, right at end of ramp (Rt. 38)
Go straight through lights near Stadium Plaza and McDonalds.
Take a right just after USA Petroleum (Village St).
The stadium is straight ahead on the left.

Tewksbury High School (Fudgcicle Series)

From Rt. 495, take Exit 38, left at end of ramp (Rt. 38)
Go straight for just over two miles into Tewksbury center
Take a right to Pleasant Street
The High School is about 0.7 mile on the left.
